Since its establishment in 2005, our company has served a wide range of producers worldwide with unwavering dedication, motivation and Research - Development results.

The main objective of our 100% Hungarian-owned breeding company is the production of plant varieties and hybrids and the development of their cultivation technology, with which we can significantly reduce the exposure of farms engaged in the production of agricultural raw materials to natural and environmental anomalies.

Since its establishment in 2005, our company has served a wide range of producers worldwide with unwavering dedication, motivation and Research - Development results.

The main objective of our 100% Hungarian-owned breeding company is the production of plant varieties and hybrids and the development of their cultivation technology, with which we can significantly reduce the exposure of farms engaged in the production of agricultural raw materials to natural and environmental anomalies.

Our company's breeding program is focused on such types of seeds as sorghum (including green silage sorghum, grain sorghum, Sudan grass hybrids), sunflower, soybean, pumpkin (oil and confectionery materials), alfalfa, vetch and other forage and intermediate crops, as well as forage grasses.

Our seed processing plant is located in Karcag, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county in Hungary, where seeds from all over the country are processed and packaged.

Our company is a market leader in the distribution of seeds of certain plant species in Europe, and our varieties and hybrids are successfully grown from Africa to Europe to Asia.

We aim to breed plant varieties and hybrids adapted to extreme ecological conditions. The focus of our breeding program is sorghum. The members of the plant group have been of outstanding importance in animal feed and human food for many centuries. The green fodder sorghum and Sudan grass hybrids offered by us have excellent content values. In this way, it is possible to increase the animal product per area unit and to produce high-quality products. This contributes both directly and indirectly to the reduction of the environmental load and the implementation of sustainable animal husbandry. We pay special attention to the breeding of new, innovative hybrids that will play a pioneering role in healthy human nutrition in the future.

Our research and development activities
Continuous research and development is one of the most notable activities in our professional life. Our sorghum breeding program is internationally known, which is carried out by using traditional methods and the latest molecular breeding tools. We create the values of the future in cooperation with several international and local companies which are active in research and development. We currently have hybrid trials in more than twenty different countries, and our counter season nursery is located in India and Puerto Rico.

Annually we create approximately 800-1000 new hybrid combinations and carry out our sorghum breeding program on more than 6000 plots. Nothing shows our dominant role in Europe better than that our hybrids are propagated on 20% of the continent’s sorghum seed production area. Every year, we register 2-3 new variety/hybrid candidates across Europe. Our main research area is disease tolerance, improvement of internal characteristics, and resistance/tolerance breeding.
